Join the creators and Directors of the soon to be released film “Time is Art: Synchronicity and the Collective Dream” a feature documentary that explores synchronicity as a portal to a new reality, helping to see with our hearts what was once invisible.  They will show clips from their film, talk about synchronicities, and explain why they do what they do and how you can do it, too.

Joél Mejia is a New York City based Artist, Entrepreneur, and Social Activist formally engaged in the creation of films, music, and transmedia content. Mr. Mejia officially began his career in media in 2006 when he founded Things Are Changing Media, and connected his love for music with his love for cinema. What began as a small music publisher and a “one man band “ video production company, quickly grew into a steady business, managing with a growing list of clients and budgets. In 2012, he formed I NEEDVID LLC to draw a distinction between his personal creative work and the work he does for clients.

Katy Walker uses media, music and films to inspire positive social change. She studied Transmedia in art school and her very first short films were screened at the Dallas Video Fest and SXSW. In 2007 she started a record label and has written and produced four albums.  Three of her most recent music video projects in collaboration with Joel Mejia were official selections at the Red Hook International Film & Video Fest 2013, International Film Festival of Cinematic Arts (Shorts and Micro Cinema) 2013, and the Radar International Independent Film Fest, 2011. Katy is a student of esoteric wisdom, was inspired to create this documentary project after reading a book by Jose Arguelles and has spent the last two years researching the subject of synchronicity, consciousness and related fields.

Jennifer Palmer is a writer, producer and social media strategist who goes by the name TRUE out on the internet. She worked as General Manager of Evolver and Reality Sandwich through the Fall of 2012 when she left and co-founded SynchCast, an interactive, video webinar company for next level content. Her essay about interdependence, telepathy and Twitter is in the Penguin anthology, “Toward 2012: Perspectives on the Next Age.” Her writing is also featured in “The Sync Book: Myths, Magic, Media and Mindscapes” and most recently, “Exploring the Edge Realms of Consciousness: Liminal Zones, Psychic Science, and the Hidden Dimensions of the Mind.”
